Sorry Kentucky and Florida, your programs need a better strength-of-schedule in order to get into my brackets. Ohio St. has a worse strength-of-schedule than Florida, but Ohio St. has a higher RPI ranking. The same four teams are the #1 seeds (Syracuse, Duke, Northern Iowa, and Southern Mississippi), however 7-6 Long Beach St. is surging. The 49ers are currently 12th RPI and still have the strongest strength-of-schedule. If the 49ers and the U Conn Huskies hold their positions, both programs could overtake Northern Iowa and Southern Mississippi as the number 1 seeds. Here are this week’s brackets.
