Loss of Freedom Looks Eminent

Constitution Destruction Warning: Tomorrow- Tuesday August 2nd

Martial Law Watch: Tomorrow-Tuesday August 2nd

Dissolvent of U.S. House Watch: Tomorrow-Tuesday August 2nd

Not only is there a Martial Law Watch for the U.S., there are now a Loss of Liberty Warning in effect until Aug. 2nd, as well as the dissolvent of the House Watch from Tomorrow through August 2nd.  After today it is clear that the end game for Obama  and the debt crisis, is to create a dictatorship.  The question becomes how does he obtain absolute power?  I explained that he could be looking to enact Executive Order #12919, which is martial law.  The most popular belief on Obama’s tyrannical resolution towards the debt ceiling is to use Section 4 of the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.  However the Senate could give him the power to raise the debt ceiling, and dissolve the U.S. House.

Today the U.S. Senate has “tabled” or discards the House’s Cut, Cap, and Balance Act.  The vote was 51-46, no word yet on whether or not the vote was a party-line vote.  According to C-Span, Sen. Reid (D-NV) has called the House plan dead and has suggested that the Senate should go to Sen. McConnell’s plan (http://www.cspan.org/Events/Senate-Rejects-Cut-Cap-and-Balance-Act/10737423029/).

Sen. Reid is happy that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) caved by suggesting to give the Office of the President the unilateral authority over raising the debt ceiling.  This will lead to circumventing Congress in economic matters and creating a dictatorship.  The most popular belief that President Obama is going to be a dictator after this debate, is through the Left’s argument that the Federal Government has to pay all of their debts under Section 4 of the 14th Amendment. What the Left is not telling the public is that Section 5 of the 14th Amendment gives the authority to enforce the 14th Amendment to Congress (http://www.usconstitution.net/xconst_Am14.html).  Passing a Reid/McConnell plan will give their power under Section 5 of the 14th Amendment to the President of the United States.

The Office of the President will become closer to a dictator position, and Congress and the Constitution as originally framed becomes more irrelevant.  The President would not need Congress to pass a budget.  The Office of the President already can declare war without approval of the Senate through the War Powers Act, can make laws through Executive Order without both houses’ approval.  A Reid/McConnell Act would dissolve the House from the Legislative Branch.  The Senate will remain in tact, because their only responsibility is to approve of judges appointed by the President.  If the President gets that power, there will be no power for the Senate, making that body a liability.

And than the President can hire or fire any judges.  The Office of the President would make an executive order dissolving the lifetime positions of the Supreme Court.  He can start hiring judges who are philosophical allies.  And fire them for not following his orders, making them apart of the Executive Branch.  Thus making the Office of the President a dictatorial head of state and we will start missing the freedoms that we’ve enjoyed over the last 235 years.

Boehner and the Republicans are the only people standing in the way of hard tyranny.  Over the past few years, Mark Levin author of “Liberty and Tyranny” has referred to the country as falling under a soft tyranny.  According to Alexis de Tocqueville soft tyranny is when conditions (i.e. Surveillance, War on Terror, crime, homeowners association mandate, government intervention and corruption) of a community creates despair among its members (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soft_tyranny).  In some cases soft tyranny leads to hard tyranny.  Reid/McConnell is one step closer to hard tyranny.  Speaker Boehner is going to continue talking to President Obama.  But President Obama is looking to have the ultimate power to raise the debt ceiling.  My guess is that Obama is threatening to declare Martial Law if Congress comes up with bill to raise the debt ceiling and has tax increases.  And thus begins a hard tyranny.  Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA 8); now the House Minority Leader, has said that there are lots of options to solve the debt crisis (http://thehill.com/homenews/house/172757-pelosi-gang-of-six-plan-is-not-our-only-option).  But she is silent on whether she supports Reid/McConnell.  She probably supports it, knowing that she could retire with the federal pension as long the dictator is a democrat.

So who in house should reject any forms of Reid/McConnell? Well obviously the Republicans in the House including Boehner, and Cantor, and any house democrat who is not vested in the Congressional Pension (The List of Congressman).  My calculations that is 55 democrats who are not vested in the Congressional Pension, this is where these democrats can show Obama, Reid, and Pelosi on what it means to be bipartisan.

In the second from last paragraph I meant to say if Congress doesn't come up with a bill that would raise taxes and cut spending. I apologize for the inconvenience.
