     Apparently it’s okay for John Stewart to make fun at Conservative Americans, because they are liberals, but not okay for the Right to criticize Obama. If the Right calls Obama a Socialist, Muslim, and that he failed the economy, they are accused of attempting a coup against President Obama. However John Stewart calls Sarah Palin a hypocrite for defending Dr. Laura after the talk show host re-signed for making an n-word rant. Ahh! The double standard that will always occur in the media.

      Stewart’s reasoning behind calling Sarah Palin a hypocrite comes from her defense of Dr. Laura. She wanted Dr. Laura to continue with her radio show after Dr. Laura gave an n-word rant about the double standard of the use of the n-word. About six months ago Sarah Palin called for the resignation of Rahm Emanuel for using the r-word in a strategy session. To explain why Sarah Palin is defending Dr. Laura and not Rahm Emanuel, is that the White House Chief of Staff is being paid by the taxpayers. Dr. Laura gets paid by Premiere Radio Networks.

      Yes, both Dr. Laura and Rahm Emanuel are both public figures and should be held at higher standard than the rest of us. However when you work in the public sector like Rahm Emanuel, you are suppose to work for everybody. I believe a White House Chief of Staff has a say on what happens to Social Security Disability, whereas Dr. Laura does not. Dr. Laura Schlessinger is employed by a company to give her opinion about life in general. Now the Left likes to say in regards to movies, and music that Americans find offensive to turn the channel or turn the radio dial if you don’t like that entertainment. This opinion applies to people who don’t want to listen to conservative talk radio. Rahm Emanuel has no one to blame but himself for using the r-word, whereas Dr. Laura was set up by that caller. But while John Stewart tries to say Sarah Palin is hypocritical for defending Dr. Laura, the Liberal Left calls conservative talk radio seditionists, coup makers, and conspirators.

     According to CNBC.com, a political strategists by the name of Greg Valliere is denying that Obama is not the anti-Christ Rush and the Beckster are claiming him to be. He claims that he is not a socialist because he didn’t get Card Check, Cap and Trade, Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are still going on in those countries. He is citing a Washington Post story claiming that President Obama seeks religious counsel by Evangelical Ministers and therefore not a Muslim. And is blaming Conservative Talk Radio for talking down the economy. This article by Mr. Valliere is claiming that Conservative Talk Radio is being racist towards President Obama and is out to destroy him comparable to President Clinton.

    President Obama is not former President Clinton. President Obama nationalized General Motors, and through the health care law nationalized underwriting healthcare policy, and the student loan program. Former President Clinton neither nationalized any one industry nor sector. If the Democrats haven’t gotten their policies through this session of Congress, it will occur in future sessions as long as the Democrats retain majorities in the House and the Senate. As far as the talkers not believing that Obama is not a Muslim, Limbaugh is citing Libyan Dictator Moammar Kadafi calling President Obama a Muslim. There are claims that Obama is born Muslim, because his father was a Muslim, and by Islamic edict he had to be what his father was. Finally, the accusation that Rush and the Beckster is talking down the economy, while they are jobs being created, they are jobs being eliminated as well. So unemployment still at the 9.5 % range. 
    
     The double standard by the Left and the media is and will be around. However the perception of conservative talkers as evil, and liberal entertainers as harmless is a joke. John Stewart knows the power of the media has over the American People. To John Stewart he wishes he had the T.V. ratings that Rush Limbaugh and Dr. Laura have for their radio shows. But because America is getting our news from entertainers, we have to look for the truth ourselves.
